3. Return Process

Returned items must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong product was delivered.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled before shipment confirmation. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

7. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item), return shipping costs will be covered by us.
